Do you provide sound equipment?
Yes. Most performances include professional sound equipment suitable for events of up to approximately 150 guests. Larger venues or outdoor events may require additional equipment, which can be quoted separately.
Can you learn special songs?
Absolutely. We're happy to learn special songs for ceremonies, first dances, or meaningful moments whenever possible with advance notice.
How far do you travel?
Honey Grove Entertainment proudly serves Orlando and Central Florida and is available for travel throughout Florida and beyond. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.
Do you perform outdoors?
Yes. We love outdoor events! We simply ask that a covered performance area and access to reliable electrical power are provided to protect both the performers and equipment.
How much space do you need?
Our solo setup is designed to be compact and flexible, fitting comfortably in most venues. If your event requires a larger band or additional production, we'll discuss the space requirements during the planning process.
What is required to reserve a date?
A signed booking agreement and a 10% booking deposit are all that's needed to secure your event date. Once confirmed, we'll guide you through the remaining planning process.
Are you insured?
Yes. Proof of liability insurance can be provided upon request for venues or organizations that require it.
Can guests request songs during the event?
Whenever appropriate, yes. We enjoy taking requests and tailoring the performance to your guests while keeping the event flowing smoothly.
Can you provide background music during breaks?
Yes. Curated background playlists are provided during performance breaks to maintain the atmosphere throughout your event.
Do you offer ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception packages?
Yes. We offer flexible entertainment packages that can cover one portion of your event or provide music throughout the entire celebration.
What happens if my event runs longer than planned?
If our schedule allows, performance time can often be extended on the day of your event. Extension rates will be discussed in advance whenever possible.
